Cobalto Metals is a leading Supplier, Trading Company of ECOCR-A Cobalt Welding Electrodes. We made a reputed name in the market with high quality ECOCR-A Cobalt Welding Electrodes. Our company manufacture these welding electrodes using latest tools and techniques. We offer these electrodes in different diameters and lengths. Our products have huge demand in the market due to their sturdiness, longer service life and high quality.

ECOCR-A COBALT is also called STELLITE 6.

What is ECOCR-A COBALT?

Chemical elements of ECOCR-A COBALT are carbon, chromium, nickel, silicon, and iron. STELLITE 6 alloy is the most widely used of the wear resistant cobalt based alloys and exhibits well all round performance. It is considered the industry standard for general purpose wear resistance applications, has excellent resistance to many forms of mechanical and chemical deterioration over a wide temperature range, and retains a reasonable level of hardness up to 500⁰C (930⁰F). This electrodes shows good immune to impact and cavitation erosion. Cobalt Alloy 6 is mostly used for hard facing processes and can be turned with carbide tooling.
